The location is superb, just a short walk from the city center, making sightseeing very convenient. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially in arranging airport transfers. carrying room keys can be inconvenient, and I found the lack of elevators challenging. The room, while clean, showed signs of aging and could use some updates.

Certainly, the 'service' here is almost non-existent. Wi-Fi was absolutely horrid, I couldn't work! no elevator? Thanks for the workout. I thought at least a complimentary chocolate would cheer me up after all this, but of course, that was also too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
